Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Nuvance Office Space

On October 25th, 2022. Rizzo Corporation attended the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of Nuvance’s new offices located at the Summit of Danbury.

Rizzo Corporation has recently completed the Class A office build out for the headquarters of Nuvance Health at The Summit of Danbury.

The tight project schedule, 5 months, required Rizzo to utilize a design build delivery method, working closely with the Nuvance design team and IT department. Rizzo completed all three phases on a very tight timeline, allowing Nuvance to make a seamless transition.

The Summit is Nuvances’ new home and opens the doors to a new work life experience for Nuvance employees, with many on site amenities. The new space, consisting of small and large conference rooms, open workspace, full kitchenettes and large private offices are all along the magnificent perimeter glass windows, creating a very inviting environment. Nuvance now occupies over 224,000 square feet of space becoming one of the largest tenants in the Summit building.
